The price is for the hire
of the whole house, sleeping 20 plus a baby, including bed linen and towels.
We will also supply a small selection of complimentary
toiletries, together with a welcome 'essentials' pack. This includes fresh bread, jam, butter,biscuits, milk,
tea, coffee and sugar - just enough to to replenish yourselves after the journey!

All lets commence at 4pm and should be vacated by 10.30 a.m., unless otherwise
arranged.
If after you have checked availability you wish to book, then we will forward you
a booking form for completion and a copy of the terms/conditions. We will then require that you send back a non refundable
deposit of £250.00, together with the completed booking form and a signed copy of the terms/conditons. The
full balance will be required six weeks before commencement of the let. We will also ask at this time for a security
deposit of £500, which will be paid into our business account but will be refunded to you within seven days of
your departure, providing that the house has been left in a good condition.
When we have received
your balance and security deposit, we will forward all the details required for your stay, e.g. address and directions, security
door code, telephone contact numbers etc.
