The Beach House consists of three floors.
Top floor :
Bedroom 1 has a double bed and a single bed.
It has two wardrobes (one with full length mirror) , bedside table with lamp and a chest of drawers with table top mirror.
This bedroom has a sea view.
This bedroom has a fully tiled en-suite consisting of a bath with
shower over, basin and toilet.
Bedroom 2 is designed to suit two children and
has a set of bunk beds. It also has a small chest of drawers and a portable televsion with integrated video player.
Bedroom 3 has a double bed, bedside table with
lamp, double wardrobe, a tall chest of drawers and a full length free standing mirror. It also has a portable television
with integrated video.
Bedroom 4 has a double bed, a bedside
table with lamp, wardrobe, a tall chest of drawers and a table top mirror.
There is also a further fully tiled shower room on this floor with
shower, basin and toilet.
Middle floor :
Bedroom 5 has a king size bed, bedside table
with lamp, double wardrobe, single wardrobe, a tall chest of drawers, table top mirror and a large wall mirror
above a fireplace.
Adjacent to this bedroom is a bathroom with a bath with hand
held shower, a separate corner shower, basin and toilet.
Bedroom 6 is suited to sleep four children as
it has two sets of bunk beds. It has a bedside table with lamp, wardrobe, tall chest of drawers and a dressing table
with table top mirror. It has a portable television with integrated vidoe and dvd.
Bedroom 7 has three single beds, a bedside
table with lamp, book case, double wardrobe and a tall chest of drawers. It has a full length free standing mirror,
together with a portable television with integrated dvd player. There is a spare mattress under one of the
beds in this room, which can be used to squeeze in one extra child if required.
Bedroom 8 has a king size bed, three sets of double
wardrobes, two bedside tables with lamps, dressing table with table top mirror together with a full length mirror and drawer
space. There is also a television and dvd player. There is a baby's travel cot in this room with a padded
mattress.
This room has a fully tiled en-suite shower room, with laminate flooring, a
corner shower, basin and toilet.
Ample coat hangers are provided to all wardrobes.
Ground floor:
Porch - entrance porch with coat hanging facilities.
Lounge - has two leather sofas, two leather armchairs,
coffee tables, floor lamps, a large flat screen television with sky+ tv, a dvd player,large selection of dvds to
view, a cd music system with a selection of cd's.
Dining Room - has four dining room tables and 22 chairs,
storage cabinets, small flat screen television and a heated hostess trolley. Double doors lead to:
Games Room - has a pool table, television with
integrated video and dvd player and a ps2 with games available to play. It also has a cupboard housing numerous board
games and videos to view. Bar stools and table.
Reading Room : This room has a
cane settee, two cane armchairs , a glass and cane coffee table, and a large television with a dvd and video
player. It has a large pine dresser which houses a selection of books to read, a cd music player, and tourist/local
area information. There is also a karaoke player with cdg discs. It has large windows and a door which leads
to:
The Orangery : A large spacious orangery facing the
rear garden. It has underfloor heating and a ceramic tiled floor, six large leather sofas, coffee tables and
an integrated ipod speaker system connected to ceiling speakers. French doors lead directly into the rear garden.
Kitchen : A light an airy kitchen which has a
range cooker (8 gas rings, 2 electric ovens and a grill) , two microwaves, toaster, kettle, Miele dishwasher, washing machine,
tumble dryer, a tall larder fridge and plenty of cupboard space. All the lower cupboards have child safety catches.
The kitchen has plenty of crockery, cutlery, glasses, saucepans and cooking equipment to cater for large families.
There is a door which leads to:
Utility Room : This has an American style
fridge and freezer, mops, buckets and brushes! A door leads to the rear garden.
Cloakroom - toilet and hand basin.
Understairs cupboard - housing ironing board, iron,
clothes airer, children's bed guard, a booster seat and a high chair.
Outside space : Front garden with parking for
5/6 cars.
Enclosed rear garden lawned with mature trees and a patio area.
To keep the children occupied there is a football goal and a large log style adventure tower which has swings,
monkey bars, a firemans pole, ramp, picnic bench and slide. There is safety matting built in under the swings,
slides and ramp. There is a brick built barbeque and plenty of patio tables/chairs.
At the bottom of the garden is a shed housing various childrens play equipment, buckets and spades etc! There is also
a rotary washing line with peg basket.
There is an outside w.c. and basin.
